Mr Bassam Al-Mutawa

Chairman & CEO

Mr Bassam Al Mutawa is a successful businessman born in Kuwait. Educated in the USA, and after receiving his Bachelor of Business Degree, he returned to Kuwait and formed several companies, where over the last 25 years he became a major player in the Defense & Civil Industries with revenues far exceeding $125 Billion USD.

Representing such brands as Boeing, Collins Aerospace, Knight Aerospace, Thomson Thales, Sagem, Euromissile, Tatra, EADS, Fincantieri, Rheinmetal Land Systeme, Fairchild Dornier, Bruker, ATN, Aerospatale, CSD Defense, IMCO, and Oerlikon Aerospace, but to name but a few.

He holds USA State Department approvals as a registered broker of defense and aviation products.

He currently operates offices in Kuwait City, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, UAE, Manhattan New York, Los Angeles, USA and Tivat/Kotor, Montenegro

Meshal Al-Mutawa 

Non-Executive Board Member

Mr. Meshal Al-Mutawa has over a decade of executive management experience in business, property management, and legal affairs. He is the Chairman of Al-Mutawa Holdings Group with Headquarters in Kuwait.  Focus is on commercial real estate management and new project development.

Meshal is also CEO and Managing Director of Al-Mutawa Investments based in New York. Portfolio includes luxury hotels, resorts, factories, and personal real estate holdings in the US, UK, and Europe.

Mr. Al-Mutawa has worked in the Military and Defense industry for years representing major US and European companies to top level decision makers in the Middle East. They have, and continue to deliver billions of dollars of business deals to their clients.

He has a Law Degree, and an undergraduate degree in Business Management.

 

 

Tommy Dunehew

Non-Executive Board Member

Tommy Dunehew has led innovation and strategy in the defense and aircraft industry for over 30 years. He currently sits as the president of IT50 Global Defense Consulting as a sought-after advisor and consultant for complex military and commercial industry environments as well as global enterprises. Before his role with IT50, he served as vice president of International Strategic Development and Industrial Partnerships for General Atomics Aeronautical Systems in San Diego, California.

Tommy’s vast and varied experience includes almost 30 years at Boeing, serving in positions from director of operations up to vice president for international sales. During this time he filled many high-impact roles including liaisoning with the US Department of Defense, designing and executing multibillion-dollar contracts, and leading the end-to-end operations of Boeing’s $5 billion
international operations.

In this role, Tommy was consulted with both leadership and key stakeholders to define goals and shape global campaigns as well as collaborative partnerships. Tommy led the way to continuing innovation by capturing high-value partnerships as well as seeking and facilitating partnerships with key industrial leaders. He has worked the US Air Force, Navy, Army, Marine Corps and dozens of Nations across the globe.

Tommy’s strengths and experience have led to him being a sought-after leader when it comes to strategy, development, and high-value partnerships. Tommy has an Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in aeronautics from Embry-Riddle University. He also served in the US Airforce for 14 years.
